The Loren Cook grease terminator 2 is designed to terminate grease problems generated in most kitchen applications. When used properly, the multiple-layer, dual fiber, grease capture and containment system stops grease from reaching roof tops and other areas. The terminator 2 captures grease in highly purified fibers, separates the grease particles from all moisture and then repels the moisture. The unique reverse flow design prevents washout during periods of high-humidity and heavy rainfall. The clear canister, which fastens to the drain of an upblast roof ventilator, absorbs almost most 8X its own weight and is easily installed on Cook Model VCR and LPB restaurant roof exhaust ventilators and COOK CP Series.
