BCW consists of 0.054 in stainless steel control wire with a tensile strength of at least 200000 lb that is encapsulated in 1/16 in flexible galvanized spiral wire sheath. Stainless steel sheath is an option. BCW can be ordered from the factory cut to length, but when distance between the damper and the location of the controller is uncertain, you can order it in bulk lengths and cut it in the field. Standard bulk length is 50 ft, but 100 ft lengths can be special ordered. Damper runs should not exceed 50 ft.
