Seek more in 2024!

We must be having some fun, because time is sure flying by at a record pace for me. How about you? 2024? Wow.

What are your goals for this year? If you are still figuring that out, you are not alone. Here are some basic ideas for those who work in building design, design/build, and especially mechanical HVAC design. This could be architects, engineers, designers, you name it.

  1. Stay on top of your options. Never stop learning. A big part of my job is to be a resource for you. Reach out if you have questions about air movement related products that we represent.

  2. Give the project owner the best chance for a competitive project cost. Be aware of the process and all of the players (Architects, Engineers, GC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and many more). Is your project in a "package" market? If so, make sure your project specifications reflect the manufacturers needed to ensure a competitive bid process, if possible.

  3. Reach out to manufacturers or go through me to get the information you need to create a successful system design. Have a question about a Loren Cook fan? Titus diffuser? Ruskin Life Safety damper? Source capture system from Monoxivent? Contact me! (See the full line sheet below)

I could go on, but let's keep this short. Also, if you are in the Indianapolis area, keep an eye out for events I'm organizing this year, too. I know it's much easier to reach out to someone you know. I hope to meet many more of you this year.
